Purpose:
With the rapid change of customer needs and the great evolution of electronic services and channels in Bahrain, Bahrain Islamic Bank is introducing pioneering products and services to serve the customers better. Being the first Islamic Bank in Bahrain, Bahrain Islamic Bank is at the forefront of introducing innovative electronic banking delivery channels and solutions that fully meet customer requirements.


Electronic Banking Services (EBS):

•    Contact Center
With just a phone call to 17515151 existing customers can enter the Telephone Personal Identification Number (TPIN) and be able make account inquiries and transact over the phone together with making utility payments, etc.

At any time a caller can request to speak to an agent and inquire about products and services offered by the bank. With the help of our experienced, well trained agents, we will be able to support and serve you with just a simple call.

•    Automated Teller Machines (ATM)
With the economic growth in the Kingdom of Bahrain and the large number of ATMs required to serve our customers in various locations and projects, Bahrain Islamic Bank is continuously ensuring that the ATM network meets the current and future customer requirements.
